In early May I was diagnosed with paeollaftmeral pain syndrome. I started a rigorous exercise program in mid January. Once May came along both my knees started to hurt beyond any recognition. I've been seen by three different doctors, and I'm currently on a program set up by my physical therapist who I see twice a week. It's now late June. The pain has subsided tremendously but it's still quite awkward and at time the pain tends to come back. Has anyone else dealt with this and if so what was your experience? Well, sometimes <a href="http://aebctfm.com">peolpe</a> can bloat right before their period. Its possible that the excess water is putting pressure on your knees or your spine, causing the pain. Do your knees swell? Is there any sign of injury, or just pain? If its a deep achy pain, chances are, its some sort of pressure directly on your knees. If its a tingly sort of pain, it may be pressure on your spine. Try cutting down on salt and sugar during that week, and up your intake of caffiene.. that will lower the amount of water you retain. Its a shot in the dark, but its the only thing I can think of. In the meantime, just take lots of advil and use heating pads on your knees. Wish I could tell you more!

Ima marathon ruennr (26.2 miles every year for the past 4 years)Pain began in soccer around october november of 2009.I ran 13 miles without strecthing in December 2009 /:I went to the doctor 2-3 weeks before the 18 miler around February 2010 Iwas diagnosed with ruennrs knee due to over running it hurtswhen yu push down on my knee cap, my doctor said my knee cap started toscratch my bone (I was in soccer, training for the marathon incross country all at one time but I've always ran, it's what I love todo!) my doctor gave me physical therapy, a knee brace (I was told towear it whenever I'm at school or running, but I don't) I went 3 timesto physical therapy. My phys therapist told me I needed to work onmaking my hips stronger thighs so my knee cap can slowly go back intoplace because the leg works as a whole did my exercises when toldbut I haven't gone since the first week ofMarch I stopped doing my excersizes around the 2nd week of march.Eversince physical therapy, my knee cap has been getting random painsthey go away but come back. They come when I sit or stand, walk orrun, it just hurts at random times lately I've been getting thepains even longer more painful (on the scale from 1-10, 10 beingsevere, my knee pains are a 7), why do I get these knee pains? ShouldI start going back to physical therapy? Is it because I stopped goingto physical therapy or is it because of physical therapy that my kneehas been hurting more? Cos it didn't hurt this much. I miss playingsports it sucks when sports are my life it starts hurting when Irun long distances within 20-30 minutes. it's even hurting right nowas I type! I'm scared because my doctor told me that I could havethis for life. Please help me on what's going on with my knee? Kang Yayat, alhamdulillah kalau <a href="http://mmigfawe.com">seutju</a> dengan reuni tersebut . silakan juga melihat-lihat web alumni Kang Info yang saya dapat dari mailing list alumni, katanya angkatan '79 sudah rutin bertemu setiap 2 tahun sekali Di rapat panitia kemarin, ada beberapa yang hadir dari angkatan 60 -an lho Kang .. semoga Kang Yayat bisa mengerahkan temen-temen alumni se-angkatan ya . supaya acaranya meriah dan sukses .
